On October 8, Capcom released a special video detailing the world of Dragon's Dogma 2: Dark Arisen. Narrated by Kenjiro Tsuda, the video introduces Nogen, a frigid land the Arisen is about to visit. It also showcases battles between the Arisen and dragons, along with other adventurous content.
Nogen was once home to a prosperous kingdom, but it is now overrun by aberrations, making it difficult for people to venture there. Uncovering the reason behind the kingdom's fall is one of the mysteries the player, as the Arisen, must investigate.
In addition to the new region of Nogen, 12 new dungeons will be added to existing areas for Arisen and their Pawns to challenge.
Dragon's Dogma 2: Dark Arisen is scheduled to launch on October 9 for PC (Steam), PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2. Physical editions will be available for PS5 and Switch 2.
