Main Story
Having just concluded an exciting adventure across a vast continent, the fearless swordsman Rance has now arrived in the eastern island nation of Japan.

Through a series of conquests, Rance somehow became the ruler of a nation, but he has no intention of stopping there. Gameplay
Combining strategic gameplay with role-playing elements, manage your territory, army, resources, and heroes while continuously forging ahead for Rance to conquer Japan. Player choices will change the landscape of warring factions, determining the tide of war and the rise and fall of local daimyos and nobles. Control your territories, strengthen defenses, decide on development strategies, and balance offensive, defensive, and developmental investments in each region. When battles begin, commanders assigned by the player will engage enemy forces in turn-based combat, where flexibly utilizing each character's abilities can sometimes turn the tide against the odds.
