Pugstorm released the Core Keeper 1.3.0.5 stability patch for all platforms on October 7, fixing mod loading issues and crashes that could occur when switching off-hand items or equipment configurations while using the hook. This is a follow-up fix to last month's major update; the console update shows as version 1.43 or 1.000.046.
The patch adjusts the ModSDK scene editor. Drawn water now displays its corresponding in-game color; blocks without icons will generate button previews. The editor also adds a toggle to hide placeable objects, making it easier to view only blocks when designing scenes.
For mods, the update fixes an issue where custom object IDs could become disordered when the load order changes. It also resolves a problem where Steam Workshop mods would still load even after being disabled, as well as an issue where certain custom tiles caused other tiles to disappear.
Other fixes in regular gameplay include: specific room overlaps preventing pedestals from appearing, and the Void Fusion armor set effect potentially still causing explosions after character death. The patch also reverted a network data restriction added in version 1.3.0.3.
