After Paramount announced the development of a live-action Cyberpunk 2077 movie, actor Kyle Gallner posted expressing his interest in joining the cast. No cast members have been announced for the film yet.
On October 8, just hours after the movie news was announced, Gallner posted a photo of himself with short hair, expressing his desire to visit Night City.
Gallner previously starred in Smile 2. There is currently no information indicating that he has signed on with the film team. The plot of the movie has also not been disclosed, and it remains uncertain whether it will revolve around V, Johnny Silverhand, or other characters.
CD Projekt Red Co-CEO Michał Nowakowski stated that they look forward to sharing more details at the appropriate time in the future.
