Publisher Forklift Interactive and developer Code Wakers have announced that the psychological horror driving simulator "Premonition: Anomaly Logistics" is scheduled to launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC (Steam) in 2027. This announcement confirms console plans, while a PC demo is already available. Set on a mysterious island, the game tasks players with driving to deliver supplies and exploring the island's anomalies on foot.
Delivery missions require players to plan routes and manage fuel as they traverse rivers, swamps, and rocky slopes to transport supplies and special discoveries to various locations. Players must also keep outposts operational and pursue mysterious clues related to human origins during their transports.
Exploration isn't limited to inside the vehicle. Characters can exit the car to interact with the environment, using specialized tools to identify, recover, and document anomalous artifacts. As players delve deeper into the island, they can upgrade and customize their vehicles to tackle more difficult, eroded areas.
The developers describe the island as a land influenced by the decaying remains of gods, blending outdoor logistics with psychological horror. The currently announced release window is simply 2027, with no specific month or date yet revealed.
