uracon's "Burger Stack: Who's the Spy?" is now available as a demo on Steam. The game supports up to six players who must cooperate to assemble burgers while identifying the spy secretly sabotaging the process. The development team previously created "Dark Hotpot Werewolf."
At the start of each round, players are secretly assigned roles as staff or spies. Staff members must build stable burgers, while spies subtly interfere. If the burger collapses, participants discuss who seems most suspicious and then vote to make their judgment.
Customer orders come with different requirements: burgers might need to be stacked higher, include more ingredients, or avoid certain disliked items. Spies can spread misinformation about these dietary restrictions, forcing players to judge whether the information provided by teammates is trustworthy.
The game offers an easy-to-learn Quick Mode and a Standard Mode that focuses more on verifying information and calculating scores; rules are customizable, and characters have unique passive skills. The developers state that a round takes about 20 to 30 minutes. The game also features a single-player story mode where players can learn the rules gradually through character-driven narratives.
