Phantom Blade Zero PC Version: 20-Minute Gameplay Demo Showcases Intense Combat

After S-Game lifted the embargo on the final preview of "Phantom Blade Zero," the YouTube channel Geek Culture Plays shared a 20-minute gameplay demo, showcasing the game's visuals and combat flow.

Gameplay Demo:

"Phantom Blade Zero" is an action RPG made with Unreal Engine 5, inspired by "Devil May Cry" and "Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice." Addressing perceptions that the game is similar to "Dark Souls," the development team stated that "Phantom Blade Zero" is not a Soulslike game.

Players take on the role of "Hun," who is framed for killing his master and suffers a severe heart injury, leaving him with only sixty-six days to live. While evading capture, he travels through the martial arts world, attempting to uncover the conspiracy involving it.

During exploration, players need to find hidden passages and solve puzzles. The game offers over thirty main weapons and more than twenty different Phantom Blades; combat inspired by traditional martial arts allows players to chain dodges, blocks, counters, and attacks into combos. The development team aims for controls that are easy to pick up while leaving room for deeper mastery.

S-Game will release "Phantom Blade Zero" on October 29. The PC version will feature Denuvo anti-tamper technology and support path tracing, with official PC system requirements also announced.
