Square Enix has unveiled an official jigsaw puzzle celebrating the 25th anniversary of Final Fantasy IX. This 1000-piece puzzle is scheduled for release in October and will be priced at $39.99.
The puzzle artwork features Kuja, the Silver Dragon, and the Iifa Tree scene. While rumors surrounding a Final Fantasy IX remake and animated project have previously drawn attention, this announcement pertains to anniversary merchandise and should not be taken as an indication of progress on those projects.
The currently announced release schedule only confirms an October launch window, with the specific release date yet to be revealed.
