Can't watch the hottest video of the past two days? Many netizens have reported being unable to play real-world test videos related to the Zunjie V800 when opening the Dongchedi app on Huawei phones. In response to this widely discussed issue, official customer service has provided a clear answer.

Recently, several netizens posted screen recordings of their actual operations on social media platforms, showing that when using Huawei phones to open content related to the Zunjie V800 brake test in the Dongchedi app, the video section displayed a message saying "Features are being rolled out gradually, please stay tuned," preventing normal loading and playback.

In the early stages of the incident, many netizens speculated that Huawei had actively imposed playback restrictions on relevant videos at the system level due to considerations surrounding the event. However, further testing by users revealed that the unplayable content was not limited to test videos related to the Zunjie V800; all off-site redirect videos sourced from Douyin within the Dongchedi app failed to play normally.

Industry insiders have revealed that the core reason for this playback anomaly is quite simple: the HarmonyOS-exclusive version of the Dongchedi app failed to properly adapt the redirection to Douyin's video source in advance, and it has nothing to do with system-level permission restrictions.

Huawei's official customer service has also formally responded to user inquiries, stating that adaptation issues related to the HarmonyOS version of the Dongchedi app will be specifically optimized and fixed in subsequent app updates. Please refer to the actual version upgrade notifications in the app store for the specific timeline of these fixes.
