Kotobukiya has opened pre-orders for the re-release of the "NERV Commander's VTOL Aircraft" plastic model from Rebuild of Evangelion. This 1/100 scale model is priced at 4,950 JPY (tax included) and is scheduled for release in May 2027.
The model faithfully recreates the appearance of the VTOL aircraft based on reference materials, with rivet details engraved on the outer shell. The "NERV" markings on various parts of the fuselage can be applied using the included water-slide decals, and a dedicated display base is also included in the package.
The wings can be posed according to settings, allowing the model to be displayed in either flight or landing configuration.
Regarding pre-orders, placing an order by October 13 guarantees purchase; orders will continue to be accepted after this date until stock runs out.
