Developer Pumancz has released version 1.0 of the free multiplayer shooter Duckapoleon, adding the Ottoman Empire faction and the "Pyramids" map. The game has been in Early Access since November 2025, featuring duck characters reenacting historical battles from the Napoleonic era.
This update is titled "Quack of the Nile." Among the new units added for the Ottoman faction, five are part of the DLC content, while militia and armed citizens are available for free players.
In addition to the "Pyramids" map, the update adds two cavalry regiments for the Austrian Empire and introduces new visual effects for night scenes. The game features troops such as line infantry, cavalry, and artillery, with uniform designs based on historical references.
Duckapoleon is now available for free on Steam. The separately sold expansion DLC unlocks all regiment-level units and exclusive custom items for current and future versions, with a 50% discount lasting until October 17.
