Bandai Namco showcased the first in-game footage of Tekken 8's crossover character Yujiro Hanma at EVO France 2026, revealing his 3D model from the Baki series for the first time. Although Yujiro Hanma's participation had been confirmed earlier, the previous trailer did not fully display his actual model or fighting style.
Bandai Namco announced Yujiro Hanma's addition to Tekken 8 at the Combo Breaker event in May 2026. This in-game footage follows closely after the gameplay trailer for Roger Jr.
Yujiro Hanma is the fourth and final character of the Season 3 Pass. The other three characters in this season are Kunimitsu, Bob, and Roger Jr., with Kunimitsu and Bob already available. He is also the second guest character to join the game, following Clive from Final Fantasy XVI.
The short clip does not yet fully showcase Yujiro Hanma's gameplay; details such as his move list, unique mechanics, and Rage Arts are still pending announcement. According to the current schedule, he is expected to be released in early 2027, though a specific date has not been determined.
