Players will compete alongside a male character named Sagishima, entering opponents' mental worlds to uncover secrets and turn them into short videos. Winners gain pardon and the chance to have one wish granted; losers face death and the fate of becoming slave robot models for public humiliation.

The demo lets players experience the complete first episode of the game. BUZZ or DIE will also participate in the Steam Next Fest starting October 19. A second trailer released alongside the launch date showcases character voice acting, featuring voice actors Iori Nozawa, Reina Kawamura, and Toshinobu Iida.
