Finji has delayed the release of the third-person supernatural action game "Ordinary June" from October 28, 2026, to January 20, 2027. The game is scheduled to launch on PC via Steam, though the development team has not yet explained the reason for the delay.
Players will take on the role of June in the game. She can fight monsters, communicate with ghosts, and investigate the secrets of Fenport, racing to uncover the truth before a mysterious threat destroys the city. Explorable locations include secret laboratories, abandoned stations, underground tunnels, and otherworldly realms.
In combat, June can dash, dodge, block, and use special moves. As she progresses, she will unlock new abilities, the consequences of which will be gradually revealed throughout her adventure.
Investigation is also a key part of the game. June will interact with 25 characters, leveraging the unique abilities of both the living and the dead to gather clues: ghosts retain memories, while the living can interact with objects. The project is published by Finji, with Adam Saltsman serving as creative director.
