Nicolas Cage Refuses to Sign AI Authorization for 'Spider-Noir'! Future Collaborations May Be Affected

Nicolas Cage revealed that he did not sign an authorization allowing Amazon to use artificial intelligence in the series Spider-Noir. He believes this decision may affect his future collaborations with Amazon.

Cage discussed this matter at New York Comic Con. He stated that he is not an actor who supports artificial intelligence and expressed his desire to collaborate with young directors who create from scratch.

Spider-Noir aired earlier this year, with Cage playing Ben Reilly. The show will not be getting a second season, but the official reason for its cancellation has not been announced, and there is no confirmed causal link between Cage's refusal to sign the authorization form and this decision.

Regarding the end of the series, Cage felt that one season was sufficient to convey the story he wanted to tell.
