The draw took place after the finals of the Brazilian CBLOL league. LOS defeated FUR 3–2 to claim the title, securing the first and second seeds for the CBLOL region respectively. This confirmed the four teams participating in the Play-In Stage: MVK, C9, KC, and FUR.

The Play-In Stage features a best-of-five double-elimination bracket, with four teams competing for one spot in the Swiss Stage. The opening match between MVK and FUR will shape both teams' paths to advancement; under the double-elimination format, losing the first match does not mean immediate elimination.
