Hooded Horse has announced that another title has joined its acclaimed lineup of strategy and tactical games. Developed by Hello World Studios, Chain Factory is a roguelite factory defense game featuring fast-paced, high-intensity combat and epic scenes of destruction. The game's first official trailer has already captured the attention of millions of players, driving its Steam wishlist count past 150,000 in less than two weeks.
In Chain Factory, players take on the role of a rogue AI with a single mission: automate death. Build and expand a deadly base that functions as both a factory and a war machine, tearing apart, incinerating, and obliterating swarms of insects! Lay down conveyor belts, connect smelters and assemblers, manage power grid loads, and transform raw materials into pure firepower. Traverse different worlds, continuously expand, and eliminate enemies until you achieve ultimate victory—or face the factory's demise under an overwhelming tide of bugs.
The Nexus serves as the central intelligence and supply hub of your base, and must be defended at all costs. If the Nexus falls, the factory will collapse, ending the current run... but the mission is far from over. Each deployment grants permanent meta-progression: unlock new weapons, buildings, upgrade cards, and special Nexus cores. With an ever-expanding arsenal, every sortie becomes deadlier than the last! Freely customize your loadout before each challenge to craft a war machine that suits your playstyle, pushing the art of industrialized warfare to its limits.

Chain Factory is scheduled to launch on PC in 2027.
