Battlefield 6 and Battlefield Hazard Zone Season 5 officially launch today, with Phase 1 (Siege of Las Vegas) going live simultaneously. This phase not only brings two new maps (Las Vegas Strip and Area 51), but also includes a fast-paced, heart-pounding battle royale mode, along with a limited-time Dead Space narrative event.
The first map brings the war to The Strip, transforming this iconic landmark into an engaging battlefield; while the second map takes players away from the neon-lit city to the edge of the secretive Area 51.
Phase 1 also introduces a new way to experience Hazard Zone: Rapid Royale. This is a fast-paced, compact Battlefield battle royale mode with quicker matches and fewer players. In Rapid Royale, the goal remains the same: be the last squad standing. Eliminate enemies to earn redeploy tokens that let you return to the fight. However, the number of kills required to earn these tokens increases as the match progresses.
