Content creator OhnePixel announced that he will participate in the VALORANT Champions Shanghai 2024 exhibition match on October 17, joining Team Omega led by TenZ. The match is scheduled for the finals weekend, featuring Team Alpha versus Team Omega.
Team Omega also includes T1 ambassador and FIFTY FIFTY member Athena. Participants for Team Alpha include artist Wang Junkai and Bilibili Gaming player whzy.
The exhibition match features a viewer voting segment, allowing the audience to decide on special rules for certain rounds. Options include whispering throughout the round, singing all in-game communication, having the best or worst performing player give a pre-match speech, and letting both teams hear each other's comms.
There are also unconfirmed rumors that the exhibition match might reveal the next VALORANT agent, though this has not been officially confirmed.
