Square Enix has enabled "Free Company within Region" matchmaking for the Japanese region of Final Fantasy XIV. Players can now match across data centers and participate in regional party recruitment.
This feature covers the four data centers: Elemental, Gaia, Mana, and Meteor, expanding the pool of players available for matchmaking and party recruitment. Specific rules are subject to official announcements.
