Marvel Studios announced that the series VisionQuest will premiere on Disney+ at 6:00 PM PT on October 13, one day earlier than the originally scheduled October 14. The series consists of eight episodes, and their titles have also been revealed.
VisionQuest centers on Vision, continuing from the events in Westview depicted in WandaVision. The version of Vision created by Wanda, along with White Vision who later regained the original Vision's memories, provides context for the protagonist's identity crisis. Ultron and Tommy, Wanda and Vision's son, are also mentioned as being relevant to the plot, though specific developments have yet to be revealed.
Among the announced titles, the first two episodes are "No Strings" and "Theseus," while the finale is titled "Forever/End." Some interpretations suggest that "No Strings" references Ultron's line in Avengers: Age of Ultron, and "Theseus" alludes to the Ship of Theseus paradox discussed by the two versions of Vision. The meaning of the finale's title remains unclear.
