Gamefa has released a watchlist of ten anime series and films for Netflix viewers in October 2026, featuring classics like Death Note and Perfect Blue alongside currently airing titles. This is the author's recommended list, not an official Netflix ranking.
The list opens with mentions of Dandadan and Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle Arc; the excerpt provides detailed introductions to My Happy Marriage, Blue Box, Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, Spark of Tomorrow, and Dorohedoro.
The author believes that Netflix's anime library still lags behind Crunchyroll in scale and diversity, but focuses more on curated selections. The list also reminds viewers that some titles are released weekly, which may not suit those who prefer to binge-watch.
For older titles, the list highlights the psychological thriller atmosphere of Perfect Blue and the battle-of-wits narrative of Death Note as reasons for their inclusion.
