Nichikoma Goudou Kaisha announced WAZATO: Sabotage or Mistake?, a four-player online party game for PC, scheduled for release on Steam in the near future with no specific date revealed yet. The game has three crew members cooperating to complete minigames, while another player acts as a spy with a hidden identity, looking for opportunities to sabotage.
Each round's minigame is determined by a roulette, including tasks like carrying cargo, protecting pudding, and rowing through rapids. The spy needs to disguise their sabotage as mistakes. For example, changing direction or disturbing the water flow while rowing makes it hard for others to tell whether a teammate slipped up or deliberately sabotaged.
After each round, players cast suspicion votes based on the actions just taken. Players who receive suspicion votes will wear hats corresponding to the number of votes they received, and this appearance will be retained thereafter.
After up to five rounds, the four players will head to a floating island for the final showdown. The crew wins by knocking the spy off the arena; the spy wins by surviving for 120 seconds or eliminating all crew members. The number of successful minigames earlier also affects the number of items available in the final battle.
