Netflix has released the final trailer and poster for Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2, with the series set to launch globally on October 20. The new season consists of 10 episodes, and while the story remains set in Night City, it will follow a brand-new core cast of characters.

Current promotional materials position the new season as a standalone story rather than a direct continuation of the first season's plot. The materials do not yet show any direct connections between the new characters and those from the previous installment. The final trailer showcases new characters and action sequences but does not reveal the specific relationships between these figures.
On the production side, Kai Ikarashi, who directed episode 6 of the first season, serves as director, with CD Projekt RED and Studio Trigger collaborating on the project. Masahiko Otsuka and Bartosz Sztybor return to oversee coordination, writing, and production, while Kanno Ichigo handles the new character designs.
The Japanese voice cast includes Momoka Terasawa, Akari Kito, Koki Uchiyama, and Kentaro Tone. English dubbing will also be available upon the series' release.
