A PC Gamer author installed the Eject vehicle ejection mod for Grand Theft Auto V. Upon pressing the key, the character did eject from the car, but the subsequent descent resembled a rapid fall rather than the escape effect the author had envisioned.
The mod description mentions that players can deploy a parachute after ejecting from the vehicle. To make the ejection effect more pronounced, the author increased the "Force" value from the default 150 to 10,000; when attempting 100,000, the game seemed to crash during startup.
Subsequently, the author repeatedly pressed the ejection key while driving around Los Santos. He found that the mod's handling of momentum after ejection did not match his expectations, making it difficult to control the flight as intended.
The author also attempted to fly over the overpass and safely return to the car, but these attempts were unsuccessful. This reflects the author's personal experience with installing and tweaking the mod, ultimately concluding that the ejection effect had its pros and cons.
