The Early Access for the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III Campaign will begin on October 16. As the first batch of players is about to dive into the story, development team Infinity Ward has posted on social media, urging those who play early not to spoil the plot for others.
Infinity Ward stated that Task Force 141's story is reaching a critical juncture, and they hope all players can experience the Campaign firsthand. This title continues the Task Force 141 storyline that players encountered in 2023, and marks Infinity Ward's return as the lead development team for the series since Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II in 2022.
The game will also launch DMZ Early Access on October 20, with the official release on October 23. The Campaign will be available before these dates, so related screenshots, discussions, and videos may expose players who haven't played yet to the story ahead of time.
