Recently, EXNOA announced a new entry in the Night Shift Nurses series, titled Night Shift Nurses ONLINE: New Actions, planned for release on Android and PC. Pre-registration and pre-summoning are now open. The new title will advance its story through hospital exploration and automatic card battles.
Players need to navigate the hospital to locate target characters. Upon entering combat, the player's constructed deck will be used for automatic card battles; defeating opponents advances the story.
The story unfolds from the perspective of a new protagonist. During his student days, he greatly admired Ryuuji Hirasaka, the protagonist of the original series. More than ten years later, he receives an invitation from Hirasaka to assist with a special experiment.
Characters from previous entries in the series will also appear in the new title, though the specific lineup has not yet been announced. EXNOA has not yet revealed an official release date or provided further details on the card game rules.
