CDPR's new IP, Project Hadar, has entered development but has not yet reached pre-production. Co-CEO Michał Nowakowski stated that after years of work, the team has formed a coherent vision for the game world and its key elements.
In an interview with Biznes, Nowakowski described Project Hadar as the team's largest undertaking to date. Previously disclosed progress indicated that the project had entered the concept phase. This interview further clarified the team's current direction but did not provide a timeline for the official reveal of the game's content.
CDPR has other known projects, including The Witcher 4 and a sequel to Cyberpunk 2077. In the same interview, Nowakowski also discussed Project Sirius, a multiplayer game set in The Witcher universe. The team size for this project has been adjusted, primarily because staff growth had exceeded what was needed for the current iteration phase.
Nowakowski stated that, as this is the company's first time developing a game of this type, the team will be extra cautious when showcasing features.
