The official game website describes Boobie Ike as an influential figure in Vice City. He owns the Jack of Hearts club featured in the extended showcase, along with real estate investments and a recording studio. The site also quotes him stating that these businesses are funded by drug money.
The current showcase has not yet revealed Boobie Ike's full relationship with the two protagonists. On social media and video platforms, players have speculated that he might betray the protagonists or become a villain, while others guess he could be manipulating events from behind the scenes or be voiced by a recognizable actor. These claims are merely player speculation.
GTA VI is scheduled to launch on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on November 19.
