On October 16, 2026, the Gunfire Reborn development team officially unveiled the new DLC "Moonsea Strings." The DLC Steam store page is now live, and players can add it to their wishlists.
Accompanied by string melodies and moonlight, two new heroes, "Wave Ballad" and "Long," are joining the adventure; tempered by the elegance of cloud sounds and sea moons, four new weapons—"Candlefire," "Crimson Rise," "Azure Brush," and "Molten Color"—have been forged. Players can catch a glimpse of the new heroes' combat prowess and the unique style of the new weapons in the debut trailer, and head to Steam to add the DLC to their wishlists.

Wave Ballad: A snap creates sound, music flows like waves. Harvest the battlefield freely to the rhythm and beat!
Long: Can tread on void and moon, soar through clouds and sky, overlooking the battlefield from high above; also commands starlight and moonlight to bring down heavenly punishment on enemies!
When fireflies, roars, and rainbows fall onto the battlefield
Alongside the two heroes, four new weapons with distinct styles are also making their debut. They will bring new changes to the battlefield of Gunfire Reborn with light and shadow, heavy artillery, ink, and flowing colors.
Candlefire: Star-scattered fireflies, light nets annihilate enemies. A sky full of fireflies will descend with radiant light piercing through the battlefield!
Crimson Rise: A concerto of sniper rifles and floating cannons! When combined, powerful bombardments will shatter enemy forces!
Azure Brush: A jade rod as the pen, thick ink as ammunition. With the stroke of a divine brush, General Azure Wolf joins the fray to slay enemies!
Molten Color: When the color canister magazine explodes in the sky, molten golden paint will rain down from above, striking enemies like a rainbow in the rain!
From treading waves and plucking strings to soaring through the sky and embracing the moon, from weaving light with fireflies to summoning generals with a brush, "Moonsea Strings" will bring more choices to the familiar adventure with two new heroes and four new weapons. When these new contents are combined with existing heroes, weapons, and Secret Scrolls, players can explore different combat rhythms and Build combinations in actual battles.
