The loot-based ARPG Torchlight: Infinite's Season 14, "Talos's Caged Beast," launched globally on October 16. New content such as prisoner hunts, riot suppression, and follower progression has been implemented with the season.
In the new season, players take on the role of the Supreme Warden managing the prison, participating in seasonal mechanics by hunting down escapees and suppressing riots. The newly added follower progression system also provides more options for character development.
Youga's third Hero Trait, "The Last One," has also been introduced. Spirit Pact assistance, skill adjustments, and various quality-of-life improvements have been added, offering new build possibilities for players.
To help players get started, the developers have partnered with veteran player "Shikong" to launch a tutorial series covering beginner basics, story progression, otherworldly challenges, and defeating the "Hour 7: Lord of Myriad Worlds," complete with gameplay videos and written guides. Mid-game progression and endgame content guides are also planned for future release.
To celebrate the new season, the developers have launched the "Goddess Cup" racing event, inviting nine female streamers to compete to see who can defeat the "Hour 7: Lord of Myriad Worlds" first.
