Developer The Third One has released the first gameplay trailer for their new title, Angelic Fall, with a free demo now available on Steam. Officially described as a "roguelike reverse horror game," players take on the role of a powerful Archdemon, battling against hordes of humans and holy warriors.
Unlike typical games where you play as an ordinary survivor fleeing from monsters, in this title, players actively charge into enemy lines, using the Archdemon's various weapons and abilities to break through dense hordes and reap enemy souls during combat. As you progress, you can enhance your character, unlock new powers and combo effects, take on bosses, and ultimately conquer the opposing faction representing "Light."
The gameplay trailer showcases the Archdemon, dense enemy hordes, weapon skills, and boss battles. The visuals feature a dark and gory style, with large numbers of units appearing on the battlefield simultaneously. Combat emphasizes using powerful characters to suppress swarms of enemies, while heavy metal and industrial-style music complements the large-scale battles and demonic theme.
