Minecraft Launches "Avatar: Legends" Add-On, Allowing Players to Master the Four Elements

Minecraft has now launched the "Avatar: Legends" add-on pack, inspired by the world of Avatar: The Last Airbender, available in the official marketplace. The add-on brings the four elemental abilities—water, fire, air, and earth—into the blocky world, allowing players to move, alter the environment, and fight enemies.

《我的世界》上线《降世神通:传奇》附加包,可修习四元素能力

Each element includes three different techniques, such as raising earth walls, creating water arms that can act as grappling hooks, propelling forward with fire jets, and attacking with air tornadoes. Mastering elemental techniques also grants passive advantages, including increased resistance to fire damage.

Players need to travel to different regions to find elemental temples and discover Avatar Spirits that can teach new techniques. Meditation spots within the temples can be used to spend mastery points and learn abilities. Players can also craft their own meditation spots for use at any time.

As abilities grow and reach their ultimate balance, characters will master the nearly invincible Avatar State, unleashing more powerful elemental techniques without restriction. Before fully mastering this state, players may briefly enter the Avatar State when taking damage that would otherwise be fatal. Additionally, Minecraft for Switch 2 is scheduled for release on October 27, 2026, with Mojang providing a digital upgrade path for users who already own the Switch version.
