To celebrate its third anniversary, Pokémon Sleep has launched an official collaboration with the Japanese bedding brand Nishikawa. The series includes two body pillows shaped like Snorlax and Bewear, designed with input from sleep consultants.
The two body pillows feature a contoured shape that narrows in the middle, designed to provide support for the shoulders and hips during side sleeping. Nishikawa has long studied the relationship between the human body and sleep quality, so these products are not just focused on character appearance. Each body pillow is priced at 9,900 yen, approximately $63 USD.
The collaboration series also includes items such as double-layer blankets and elastic towel pillowcases, with some designs featuring Pokémon like Eevee and Pikachu. It is currently uncertain whether additional body pillow styles will be added beyond Snorlax and Bewear.
Pokémon Sleep was released in 2023, with its core experience centered around tracking sleep and allowing players to collect Pokémon while they sleep. This collaboration continues to revolve around Pokémon themes and sleep habits.
