Enshrouded, the survival action RPG developed by Keen Games, is now available on PS5. The title has been in Early Access on PC since 2024 and is currently exclusive to PS5 on consoles, with plans for an Xbox Series X release in 2027.
According to the PlayStation Store page, Enshrouded has received over 1,500 user reviews, with an average score of 4.81/5, equivalent to approximately 96/100, and 92% of the reviews are five-star ratings.
The game supports single-player and co-op for up to 8 players. Players will develop their characters in a kingdom corrupted by a mist, choosing paths such as battle mage, archer, or heavy-armored melee, while surviving through hunting, fishing, farming, and gathering rare materials.
During exploration, players can rescue and recruit survivors, gradually expanding humble shelters into settlements. The voxel-based building system allows for constructing fortresses and mountain villages, altering terrain, and refining interior decorations, with an estimated main story length of 40 to 50 hours.
Enshrouded is priced at $40 on the PlayStation Store. PS Plus members can enjoy a 10% launch discount until October 29, bringing the price down to $35.99. The game also features enhancements for PS5 Pro.
