Multiple sources indicate that the PS5 download size for the domestic wuxia action game Phantom Blade Zero is approximately 134.857GB. Its large file size will take up a significant portion of the PS5's SSD storage. Since the available space on the PS5's built-in SSD is already limited, and many players have filled their storage with several major AAA titles, the large size of this game may cause storage concerns for some.
The official installer size has not yet been announced, but media outlets advise players to clear space on their console's hard drive in advance to ensure sufficient storage. The PS5 Standard Edition offers approximately 667GB of usable capacity; after accounting for the system software, updates, and existing games, the remaining space for new titles is quite limited.
Phantom Blade Zero will launch on PS5 and PC on October 29. The game features numerous boss battles, a diverse weapon system, action design by Donnie Yen's team, and a "66 Days" hardcore mode with a death limit. Players without an internal expansion drive for their PS5 may need to delete older games or purchase a compatible PS5-specific NVMe SSD to install and play the game smoothly.
