Infinity Ward has released the first patch for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, with version number 1.110 or 1.110.000. This update mainly fixes several issues in the end credits, but some players have reported being unable to load the campaign since its release.
When the patch was released, the game's multiplayer mode was not yet available, while the single-player campaign was accessible via early access. Therefore, this update primarily concerns campaign content. The download size on PS5 is approximately 700MB. Infinity Ward has described it as a minor update, and the official notes did not provide further details on specific changes.
Due to the version display method of the Call of Duty unified launcher, some players may also see this patch labeled as Update 1.110 for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 or Call of Duty: Warzone.
Some players have reported that after installing the patch, the campaign gets stuck at the "Opening Menu" stage of the title screen and fails to load further. As of this report, Infinity Ward has neither confirmed nor explained this issue, nor announced a timeline for additional fixes. Currently, these reports come only from some players, so the extent of the impact remains uncertain.
