Cygames has officially canceled the Los Angeles performance of "Uma Musume Pretty Derby," originally scheduled for October 22 and 23, 2026 (local time). The performance could not proceed as planned because the cast members were ultimately unable to obtain the necessary visas to enter the United States.
The "Uma Musume Pretty Derby 7th EVENT WORLD TOUR ‘THE STAGE’ in LOS ANGELES" was originally scheduled to take place at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. On October 19, officials stated that the relevant visas had not yet been approved and announced that a decision on whether the event would proceed as planned would be made on the 20th.
The organizers had been working with local lawyers and promoters to prepare visa applications for over six months, continuously coordinating and exploring alternative solutions. However, as the issues remained unresolved even close to the event date, they ultimately decided to cancel the performance.
The organizers plan to issue refunds for on-site tickets, online streaming tickets, the official "Uma Musume x JTB" travel packages, and live cinema screenings. They are also considering appropriate measures for attendees who had planned to travel to Los Angeles for the event. Specific procedures have not yet been finalized and will be announced later via the 7th EVENT special website and official channels.
