Deliver mail, peek at secrets, and cause a little trouble—an absurd and bizarre small-town adventure is about to begin

Cultural media organization ARTE France and indie studio Oopsie Daisies announce that their co-produced adventure game, Tom the Postgirl, will launch on Steam (PC/Mac) and Nintendo Switch at midnight on October 29, 2026, bringing players a delivery journey that is both cute and unsettling just in time for Halloween.

Watch the game trailer:

Deliver mail door-to-door and see what they're hiding

Fans of quirky, cute narrative games, get ready! This absurd adventure stars the mischievous Tom, whose delivery routine always ends in unexpected ways. Of course, whenever she gets the chance, she never misses out on the fun of secretly peeking into other people's homes.

Players will accompany Tom through a charming village where every resident seems to have something to hide. You deliver packages to their doors, but what do they really do with them once the door closes?

Every window, every door, and even the cracks in the walls offer perfect opportunities to peek into residents' lives and dig up hidden scandals: a narcissistic mayor, an orphanage that looks suspiciously like a Dog.exe kennel, and a hippie duo wielding chainsaws... The ugly yet fascinating side of human nature awaits your witness.

Game Features

Peek as you go; the town is full of mysteries

Frame-by-frame animation gives the game a retro feel, leading players into a village where even the smallest details might seem odd. Unique hand-drawn scenes hide many corners perfect for peeking; slow down, observe carefully, and witness the captivating yet subtly unsettling daily life firsthand.

Do some bad things, double the fun

From pigeons selling drugs in the cemetery, to wandering cowboy earthworms, to grumpy squirrels, it's not just humans worth observing.

You can focus on completing your deliveries, or casually disrupt the town's peace. Faced with neatly trimmed hedges, meticulously cared-for flower beds, and gnome decorations in the yards, can you resist the urge to trample a few steps, crush some plants, or pocket a few items?

Peeking, causing trouble, creating chaos—the game doesn't hide the fun of these transgressive behaviors, while you can still wear an innocent smile and continue playing the role of a "model courier."

Children's book exterior, adult animation core

Tom the Postgirl blends the naive, rustic art style of picture books with the blunt, absurd weirdness of Adult Swim animations. It has the wanton destructive energy of Thank Goodness You’re Here! and the dark humor of Happy Tree Friends—delivering mail has never been so unreliable.

Replay to always find something new

With each replay, players can discover details they previously missed and choose to play by the rules or mischievously, uncovering the villagers' deepest secrets.

The game offers multiple endings, encouraging repeated exploration; achievements and unlockable character profiles will reward the most curious players.

Tom the Postgirl will launch on Steam (PC/Mac) and Nintendo Switch on October 29, 2026.
