Launch trailer revealed: Open packs, collect cards, upgrade equipment, and build your ultimate collection
Rip It! Card Collector, an incremental card-collecting game from Cybernetic Walrus, the developers behind Roadside Research and Order 13, will officially launch on Steam on October 30, 2026. The free demo is now live, allowing players to experience the joy of opening packs and organizing cards right away.
The newly released launch trailer showcases the game's addictive pack-opening process and the satisfaction of organizing thousands of cards into your album.
From Opening Packs by Hand to a High-Speed Card Assembly Line
In Rip It! Card Collector, players will open pack after pack of cards, searching for common, rare, and mythic cards to gradually fill their collection album. With over 1,800 collectible cards, bare hands won't be enough—a card-opening workstation with a retro-futuristic style will become the player's trusted assistant.
By selling duplicate cards and purchasing new equipment, players can continuously upgrade their workstation, transforming initial manual pack-opening into an efficient card-processing assembly line. From flipping switches and pulling levers to feeding packs into the machine and watching cards drop out one after another, every action is designed around realistic tactile feedback and satisfaction.
Draw cards, sort them, stack them, open packs, and add your favorite cards one by one to your collection album—there's always another great card worth opening another pack for.
Free Demo Now Available
The demo includes 369 collectible cards, featuring various finishes such as foils and gold cards. Players can also get a preliminary taste of upgrading their pack-opening equipment, experiencing the transition from manual unpacking to mechanical assistance firsthand.
