Pocketpair Publishing announced that "Dot Dot Island," developed by Karrot Games, will launch on Steam on November 16, 2026, with the release date trailer now available. Alongside the announcement, the free demo on Steam has also been updated.
"Dot Dot Island" combines clicker, city-building, and resource management gameplay. Appointed by the king as governor, players must discover and develop new islands, starting from humble settlements. By manually clicking to gather resources, recruit residents, and arrange production, players gradually automate production and expand their villages into kingdoms.
The currently available free demo covers core aspects such as resource gathering, automated production, and city building, allowing players to understand how these three systems interact. Specific changes in this demo update have not yet been disclosed.
The full release is a single-player game supporting Windows, SteamOS, and Linux, with Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, German, Polish, Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese, and Latin American Spanish.
