Riot Games has revealed new K/DA "Firestarter" skin splash arts for League of Legends. After a six-year hiatus, K/DA is returning with a new single, "Firestarter," and a four-track EP; Ahri, Akali, Evelynn, and Kai'Sa will also receive new looks based on the Fortiche animated music video.
Ahri, Evelynn, and Kai'Sa will receive the base "Firestarter" skins. Ahri's and Kai'Sa's skins are Epic tier, priced at 1350 RP each; Evelynn's skin is Legendary tier, priced at 1820 RP, and includes new voice lines and animations.
Akali does not have a base skin in this series, but instead receives a Mythic "Firestarter" skin. Evelynn also has another Mythic skin, "K/DA Hitmaker." Neither Mythic skin can be purchased directly from the store; they will be added separately to the Sanctum loot system.
Each pull costs 400 RP, with a guarantee after a maximum of 40 pulls, meaning a single skin could cost up to 16,000 RP. The progress for the two loot pools is independent; pulling for Evelynn's skin does not accumulate progress for Akali's pool, and vice versa.
The skins are scheduled to officially launch with patch 26.22 on November 4, and will enter the PBE with patch 26.21 on October 21 for early player testing.
