Frontier Works' game brand FWGames has announced that the Japanese-style hot spring horror simulation game "Otherworldly Inn Ledger" will participate in the Steam Next Fest opening on October 20. The game is scheduled for official release in November 2026.

Although the details of your work have faded from memory, your body seems to have retained some instinct, beginning to move on its own.
The guests here are not human, but beings who have ended their purpose in the mortal world, been forgotten by people, and ultimately transformed into tsukumogami.
They are all enveloped by a sinister energy that erodes the soul—known as "impurities."
By soaking in the hot springs, enjoying delicious food, and sleeping peacefully, these "impurities" are gradually removed from them.
However, the removed "impurities" do not simply vanish into thin air.
They accumulate within the inn and manifest as bizarre phenomena attacking you every night.
