BioWare Shuts Down, Author Laments the End of an Era for Character-Driven Narrative

In his memory, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, Mass Effect, and Dragon Age not only crafted vast worlds but also made players genuinely care about the experiences, dialogues, and fates of their companions while saving the world or the galaxy.
