Publisher KOMODO and developer Crypton Future Media have announced that Hatsune Miku: Connect Puzzle TAMAGOTORI Deluxe Edition will launch on PS5, PS4, Xbox One, and PC on October 29, further expanding the platforms available for the game.
The PC version will be sold on Steam and the Microsoft Store at a listed price of 1,980 yen, with options for English, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese. The game was previously released on Switch in January 2022. The Deluxe Edition includes the base game along with two previously released paid DLC packs.
The game requires players to connect eggs with matching patterns using lines, with each line allowed a maximum of two turns. Clearing all eggs from the board completes the level. As puzzles are solved, illustrations of Hatsune Miku and her friends, specially created by an illustrator, are gradually revealed frame by frame.
During puzzle-solving, players can also collect berries to attract birds to the plaza and register them in their collection. The music section features five original songs composed for this title, all of which were award winners in the public submission contest on Piapro.
