Has your pitch perception improved, or have the garden eels grown taller?
The answer lies in the sand!
Get Wrapped Up Inc. announces that the new pitch-perception quiz game "Perfect Pitch Garden Eel" will officially launch on Steam on November 11, 2026, "Garden Eel Day." This title links the length of garden eels' bodies to musical pitch, offering a fresh experience that combines visual and auditory elements.
At 1:00 AM on October 20 (Beijing Time), the Steam Next Fest officially begins. This game is participating and will offer a free demo before its official release. Feel free to download and try it out—listen to the sounds garden eels make and see how long they can stretch!
Interested players are also welcome to add this game to their wishlists and look forward to the official release!
About "Perfect Pitch Garden Eel"
With their round eyes, adorable expressions, and cute appearance as they peek out from the sand and sway gently, garden eels have become beloved little stars in aquariums.
In "Perfect Pitch Garden Eel," these little guys stretch their bodies according to pitch or retreat into sand holes. By playing with the garden eels, you can unconsciously train your pitch perception and enjoy relaxing, puzzle-like pitch quizzes.
It's a bit nonsensical, yet strangely fun. It's baffling, yet oddly stress-relieving.
Addictive features of "Perfect Pitch Garden Eel"
● Stretching along the scale, inexplicably stress-relieving
When the melody plays, the garden eels stretch their bodies according to the pitch. After guessing the correct notes, the little ones in the back will even dance by wiggling around.
● Don't shrink back! Why is it still so soothing?
As time passes, or if the player guesses the wrong note, the garden eels will retreat into their sand holes. Watching them sink can be frustrating, yet their wobbly movements are oddly soothing. This contradictory feeling makes the game increasingly addictive.
● A family of garden eels with unique tones challenges your ears
Will you have the piano-toned garden eels stretch elegantly, or let the electric guitar-toned ones rock out? You're sure to find your favorite family of garden eels.
● An encyclopedia that makes repetition fun, inexplicably enjoyable
The more times you encounter the same garden eel, the higher your trust level becomes.
As you answer correctly more times, the encyclopedia entries will upgrade from bronze to silver, then gold, and finally rainbow. Who knew "repeated encounters" could be so delightful!
● Send your original melodies to friends for a pitch-perception showdown
You can create melodies up to 32 bars long and send them to friends, challenging them to guess the notes within.
"Your pitch sense is terrible!" "No, yours is worse!"
Even though it's a pitch perception game, you can have a lively time!
