News has recently emerged suggesting that Star Wars: Zero Company may receive a story DLC. Following a patch update, files containing references to new enemy types, additional missions, and another companion were discovered, providing indirect clues to rumors of future content.
However, these file details are not sufficient to confirm that the content will ultimately be released as a story DLC, nor can it be guaranteed that they will officially launch. The content in the files could also correspond to other development plans, so we must wait for an official statement.
Leaker FiveSWalker also claimed that a newly successful studio is in the early stages of developing another Star Wars role-playing game, but provided no further details. Since he sometimes fails to clearly distinguish between obtained information and personal speculation, this claim should also be treated with caution.
FiveSWalker had previously mentioned, prior to official confirmation, that Respawn planned to release a third Cal Kestis adventure in 2027, but this record cannot substitute for the official evidence required by the current rumors. As of the time of this report, Lucasfilm Games, EA, and developer Bit Reactor have not issued any formal comments.
