A new snippet from the campaign mode of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 has been released, revealing combat scenes from the "Traffic" mission.
In the "Traffic" mission video revealed today, key characters from the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare series, Price and Valeria, a major antagonist from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, appear to be collaborating. The video shows them engaging in combat in central Paris, with Valeria even throwing explosives at enemies.
The story of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 continues after Captain Price shoots a five-star general at the Pentagon. He returns to form a rebel alliance, breaking away from the military system and the Task Force 141 he once led to carry out missions alone. Meanwhile, the plot focuses on the Korean Peninsula, starting from the perspective of Park, a young South Korean private second class. Joining the battle with his squad for the first time, he is forced to overcome seemingly insurmountable odds on his journey to become a hero.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 will be featured in the "Call of Duty: NEXT" online livestream on August 22, where the development team will share in-depth details about the multiplayer modes. Following the livestream, early access to the multiplayer Beta test will begin, allowing all players who pre-order the game to participate first.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is scheduled for release on October 23.
