Rebel Wolves has confirmed that it will add a "New Game+" mode to the action RPG Blood of Dawnwalkers. The mode is already in the development pipeline, but the studio has not yet announced a specific release date.
Game Director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz discussed post-launch support during a livestream, explicitly confirming that "New Game+" mode is in development. The studio had previously promised continued support after the game's release, and this mode will be part of the upcoming content additions.
Blood of Dawnwalkers was released earlier this month, with Rebel Wolves recently focusing on addressing issues through hotfixes. So far, the studio has not rolled out any major updates, nor has it clarified whether the "New Game+" mode will launch alongside a future major update.
"New Game+" is one of the most requested features from players. The game employs a 30-day time mechanic, requiring players to progress through content and rescue Coen's family within a limited timeframe, meaning not all available content can be experienced in a single playthrough.
In addition to future updates for the current title, Rebel Wolves has begun work on a sequel and is currently hiring for the project. At present, updates for Blood of Dawnwalkers are primarily focused on hotfixes, and the release date for the "New Game+" mode is yet to be announced by the studio.
