Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade for Switch 2 is now available in a limited-time promotion, with its price on the Nintendo eShop reduced to $9.99. The event will run until September 30.
This version is currently priced at $39.99 on other channels. Amazon is also selling $10 Nintendo eShop digital gift cards for $8.98; purchasing a gift card and using it for this purchase can reduce the actual cost to $8.98.
Final Fantasy VII Remake is the first installment of the remake trilogy, originally released on PS4 in 2020. The subsequently released Intergrade version enhanced 4K visuals, 60fps mode, and loading speeds for PS5, and added new content featuring Yuffie as the protagonist.
The Intergrade version launched on Switch 2 this January. This $9.99 discount applies to the digital version on that platform, and players need to complete their purchase through the Nintendo eShop.
Earlier this year, Sony also announced that the final chapter of the trilogy, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, is scheduled for release in April 2027. Its Switch 2 version will launch simultaneously with versions on other platforms.
